Frequently Asked Questions

1.  Is this item brand new?

Yes, all of our items (shoes, handbags, apparels, fashion accessories...) are brand new unless otherwise noted in the product detail page. In fact we do random quality inspections before we ship the item out to you.


2.  What happens if an item does not pass its quality inspection?

If the item does not pass its inspection, you will receive an email notice and the item will be removed from your order. Please note that you will receive a refund for these items immediately. You will only be charged for items that will be shipped.


3.  What are they made of? What kind of material?

All material information is in the product detail page of your selected shoe, handbag, dress.....


4.  Can you measure my shoes or boots for me?

The measurements are in the item description and sizing chart as well as the Shoe Size page HERE. Our shoes generally run true to size, and our boots generally run slightly on the large side (select the smaller if you are in between sizes).

    

5.  Do you have this shoe or boot available in this size or color?

Our entire inventory is posted in our store. You can click on your size number with the side navigation to see what is currently available. If it is not there, then we are unfortunately out of stock at the moment. Please check again at a later time, as we update our inventory daily.


6.  Are these boots lined?

Please contact us at sales@omysandals.com with the "Brand/Color/Style" of the boots you are interested in.


7.  Why does the actual item look different from your website?

Our model uses the actual accessories, shoes, dress during our photo shoot. So the item is, for the most part, a very accurate depiction of the actual product. However, various factors such as lighting and monitor setting can cause the colors of the picture to be slightly different than the actual product. Since the actual color you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.


8.  How can I view the status of my order?

Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.


9. What are your shipping costs?

You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
